The location was great! It was a nice walk to the beach, which was not as crowded as what it is in Gulf Shores. The ride into Gulf Shores was easy!

My family of five had a great spring break trip here! Even with toddlers, it was a very easy walk to the beach and pools. Everything was exactly as described and the host was very responsive to all messages. Thank you for a great trip/stay!

We loved this place sooo much! Easy check in and wonderful communication. It was an easy walk to the beach! Also dog friendly as long as they are leashed. Our dog loved the beach! We also loved the location of the place, just enough to do without going into the crazy town of gulf shores on spring break! The place was immaculate and so cozy, we wish we would have booked longer. We will definitely be re-booking in the near future!

We spent a week here and it was such a great experience! The space had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable which is a huge plus. Our kids really enjoyed the arcade and all of the games/beach toys they had for them. The host was so kind and attentive. This was a home away from home experience. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at The Monarch for our first visit to the Fort Morgan/Gulf Shores area. We traveled with four preteens and the setup of the home was perfect for them—plenty of games and a great sleeping space that gave them their own area. The home is incredibly well thought out with so many thoughtful details: charging cords, a great coffee station, beach towels, and games. The beach gear was amazing—chairs, wagons, and toys made it so easy to spend full days at the beach without bringing anything from home. The kitchen is also exceptionally well stocked with high-quality cookware and everything you might need. The hosts were incredibly responsive and gracious, and no detail was overlooked. We loved our stay so much that we’ve already planned a return trip this fall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoyed the property only downside is the inside pool was under maintenance which is not their fault and certainly not a deal breaker- Cleanliness was beautiful. I will absolutely book again!

Amazing beach house even better than pictured! Nicely updated, extremely clean well decorated super comfortable beds, linens that smelled absolutely wonderful and all of the comforts of a home away from home. Perfect for a staycation or vacation. Closer to Fort Morgan in a great neighborhood of other beach houses with plenty of space inbetween for privacy. Perfect for long beach walks, cozy movie nights, sitting on the deck and watching the sunset with a drink or rise with coffee. You can see and hear the ocean from the home and it’s a very short walk to the beach. Keep in mind there’s very few restaurants open nearby in the winter Jessie’s on the Bay is excellent! Make sure to get groceries in Foley or make an instacart order! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
